Blurb: Fox Sports features a montage of Switchfoot playing "Free" before the Angels-Yankees game

THANKS Josh for the tip, and JAMIE for this detailed breakdown!:

Fox did about a 2-minute montage of highlights from the Divisional Series last night before the Yankees/Angels game, all played to Switchfoot's new song "Free". The highlights were interspersed with shots of past Switchfoot concert footage. Especially loved Jon doing his jump off the drum set right before a shot of A-Rod homering. It was all very professionally put together, and gave me goosebumps. Of course, at the beginning the graphic introduced the song as "Free" from Hello Hurricane. Great publicity and just an awesome surprise for a big baseball and Switchfoot fan.

^If anyone somehow got all of that on tape, you will be loved by us all!!

Such a shame that MLBAdvanced Media would take the video down on YouTube so quick. You can't find it anywhere on the net (not even on the MLB site) but most people who saw it agreed that it was very well done, and it actually promoted MLB in such a positive light. Why not let people see something that could only help promote the sport?
